To maintain the distinct character and value of Onassa Springs, all homes must adhere to the community’s covenant, which includes the following architectural standards:
Living Space
Homes must feature a minimum of 3,000 ft2 of living space*, ensuring every residence offers abundant space for comfort and style.
3-Car Garage
A minimum of a three-car garage is required, providing ample space for vehicles, additional storage, or dedicated hobby areas.
Exterior Finishes
Approved exterior materials include brick, stone, and stucco, ensuring a cohesive and elegant aesthetic throughout the community.
Architectural Approval
All designs must undergo a 2-stage review by the Onassa Springs Architectural Community before applying for municipal building permits.
