Your dream home, designed by Onassa Spring’s network of architects and designers, will adhere to a detailed and exclusive outline of Architectural Committee standards, including:
- A minimum living space of 3,000 square feet (excluding basement)
- A minimum three-car garage
- Brick, stone, stucco or other approved exterior finishing (no siding permitted)
- Pre-approval of designs by the Onassa Springs Architectural Committee (prior to applying for municipal building permits) during a two stage review that will ensure that all homeowners’ investments are protected and the overall high standards of the community are maintained.
Each one-acre lot will be serviced by municipal water and underground utilities. Enjoy the ultimate luxury of building a home finely tailored to suit your exclusive lifestyle.
